WORKSHOP SYLLABUS--DRAFT ONLY

Goal: Come be inspired and take your skills to the next level.

I. PRE-WORKSHOP PREP

Please read Procreate Handbook before workshop (download here)
You're invited to share up to three examples of your work for viewing during coffee/intro. Email jpegs to jakers3@gmail.com
If you haven’t already purchased new or used iPad Pro, Apple Pencil and Procreate App, please do so before workshop (although you are welcome to attend and just listen, registration fee still applies)

II. SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

9:00: Arrival/meet and greet; coffee, tea, bagels, name tags; view attendee gallery of work

9:15: Intro and overview of topics (your questions as they arise)

9:45: Live demo of key techniques used in JA’s professional work

11:00: Studio session at desks and chairs provided / JA walkabout and consult/answer questions

1:00: Summary and goodbyes

CREATING NEW DOCUMENT

Briefly discuss significance of document sizes/number of layers, etc
